I have always been passionate about sports, well-being and performance. This passion led me to pursue studies in Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities (STAPS), Sports Training. I graduated with honors as well as federal certificates in Weightlifting and Bodybuilding at the University of Pau and Pays de l'Adour, where I developed in-depth expertise in various fields such as exercise physiology, biomechanics, and sports psychology.

Assignment
After graduation, I began my career as a sports coach, leveraging my academic knowledge and passion for sports. I have worked with diverse populations, from professional athletes to amateurs, to people looking to improve their overall fitness and quality of life.
